About

Thoughtful organization starts with understanding how you live and work.

Frame Organizing creates practical, considered systems around the people who use them—so spaces function more naturally, routines feel easier to manage, and organization can be maintained over time.

Organization with purpose.

A well-organized space isn’t defined by how little is in it or how perfectly everything is arranged. It works because there is thought behind where things belong, how they are used, and what needs to happen within the space.

At Frame Organizing, the process begins by looking at the whole picture—your routines, priorities, belongings, workspace, and the way you naturally move through your day. From there, we create systems that are functional, intuitive, and designed to last.

The goal isn’t simply to organize what you have. It’s to shape an environment that better supports what you want to do within it.

Behind Frame

I’m Darcey Baker, founder of Frame Organizing.

My background has always centered on the intersection of design, function, and thoughtful planning. Across more than 18 years of work in design, education, curriculum, project coordination, and professional learning, I’ve spent much of my career taking complex information, spaces, and processes and finding ways to make them clearer, more useful, and easier to navigate.

My experience with organization is also deeply personal. I’ve moved more than 18 times—within the same state, across the country, and through roughly half a dozen international moves. Some moves I managed on my own; many others happened while raising children from the early years through their teens.

Moving that often taught me far more than how to pack a box. It taught me how important it is to understand what a household needs in order to function, how to make decisions efficiently, how to establish systems quickly, and how much easier daily life becomes when belongings, routines, schedules, and responsibilities have a workable structure.

I’ve also spent much of my life learning how strongly environment and structure can affect the way I think and work. Creating systems that reduce unnecessary decisions, keep what matters accessible, and bring a sense of order to everyday responsibilities has become second nature to me. I know firsthand how much the right structure can quiet distraction, support focus, and create more room for what you’re capable of doing.

That kind of structure touches nearly every part of life—how a home runs, how work gets done, how information is managed, how transitions are handled, and, when those things are working well, how much easier it becomes to focus on what matters most.

That thinking is at the center of Frame Organizing.

I’m naturally drawn to understanding why a space isn’t working—and what would make it work better.

Sometimes the answer is better storage. Sometimes it’s changing where things live, simplifying a routine, creating a system for paperwork, rethinking a workspace, or organizing an entire move around what will happen when the boxes arrive.

The solution is different for every person and every space. That’s why the process begins with listening rather than imposing a particular organizing style.

Thoughtful

Practical

We look beyond what needs to be put away and consider how the space is actually used.

Systems are built to work in everyday life—not simply to look organized when the project is finished.

Sustainable

The goal is organization that feels natural enough to maintain long after our work together is complete.

Designed around you.

Your space doesn’t need to work like anyone else’s. It needs to work for you.

Whether you’re reorganizing a home, preparing for a move, refining a workspace, or bringing more structure to a business, Frame Organizing begins with understanding what you need from the space—and building from there.
